a Monte Carlo rally. Pre-register online by May 20. The Rally starts
somewhere in Santa Rosa and finishes in Windsor. Rally instructions and a
link to the phone app will be emailed to you after registration closes.
Safety meeting is at 9:30a. First car out is at
