Rallyemaster's Observations:

* The rain probably contributed to the low turnout. Only 10 cars
  registered. However, we still collected 13 new unwrapped toys, plus
  cash/check donations, for a total donation worth at least $360 to
  HomeFirst.

* The favorite gimmick was clearly the word Street not appearing on the
  "Not A Through Street" sign for RI 52. (Fordham Billingsly did not cause
  Street to appear on that sign because it was not a street-naming sign.)

* Again, the least favorite was a bandit: CP 3 was worth negative points if
  you didn't interpret the verse in the RIs to require "defeating the
  villain" before doing the later actions.

* We didn't use any tiebreakers this rallye.

* A big THANK YOU to everyone who made this rallye possible:
  - Abby Grossman, Heather Mellows, Marilyn Sotirhos, and Jerry Sotirhos
    who prechecked;
  - The GGLC members Ben Beames, Tom Carney, Grif Crun, Kiyoshi Hamai, Joel
    Lipkin, and Mona McMullin who worked the checkpoints (and provided
    goodies);
  - Glen Dayton and Abby Grossman, TRC's competition director, who worked
    registration; and
  - All of you!

We hope to see you all in February at The Great Railroad Caper, a memorial
rallye for Bob Schott, longtime TRC member, officer, and rallyemaster.
(This rallye is also TRC's annual membership rallye.)
