Rallyemaster's Observations:

* As with past questionnaires, some gimmicks were both someone's favorite
  gimmick and someone else's least favorite gimmick. One person even listed
  the same gimmicks as both their favorite and their least favorite. Overall,
  the favorite gimmicks were the "Night Howler" sign on your dashboard, and RI
  15 referring to a standard stop sign rather than a "Cross Traffic Does Not
  Stop" sign. And the least favorite gimmick was RI 1 not coming into effect.

* One protest was granted to all cars: The gimmick for RI 11 and RI 12 was
  tossed and everyone got credit for it.

* A big THANK YOU to everyone who made this rallye possible:
  - Abby Grossman, Heather Mellows, and Maria Powell, who prechecked;
  - Ben Beames, Mel Boss, Tom Carney, Dave Ellis, Rita Guerrero, Kiyoshi
