Rallyemaster's Observations:

* We had a very even distribution among the classes: 2 expert cars, 4 senior
  cars, and 3 cars in each of the other classes.

* As with past questionnaires, some gimmicks were both someone's favorite
  gimmick and someone else's least favorite gimmick. And some people listed
  the same gimmick as both their favorite and least favorite gimmick.
  Overall, the favorite gimmicks were the Penguin Instructions, especially
  Rico (blowing up signs and limiting ability to speak). And the least
  favorite gimmick was Rico. So one thing is for sure: Rico certainly made
  a lasting impression.

* There were two protests granted to a single car only. One was for a CP
  bookkeeping error: CP 8 (the saying at CP 2) was not signed, even though
  CP 9 (a gimmick based on the saying at CP 2) was signed. The other was
  based on whether a sign was government erected, given the "Donated by..."
  language at the bottom of the sign.

    checkpoints;
