However, a few others were almost as difficult, such as spotting the "Bike Lane Ends at Remington Dr" sign a block before Remington Dr. * In the questionnaire (TB 1), several gimmicks were voted both as someone's favorite gimmick and as someone else's least favorite gimmick. And one team even listed the same gimmick as both their favorite and least favorite. Several rallyists enjoyed saying "toot, toot" to the CP personnel, looking for hexagonal stop signs, or entering CP 2 early when both parts of RI 40 were bad. Several rallyists dislike the gimmicks they missed (like adding the numbers on the toys at CP 2 when they missed the "block numbers" gimmick). Others dislike the A-B format, or dislike less familiar concepts (like quoted signs and landmarks) that CM rallyes tend not to use. * Everyone got RI 2 (Chip or Dale?), CP 1, and RI 16 (which was still valid, despite having A & D parts rather than A & B parts). Here is a breakdown of how many teams in each class recorded each of the remaining gimmicks: 1st Beg Nov Sen Exp MEx Total 1 A 2/4 2/5 3/3 5/8 4/4 7/7 23/31 Stop defined as "hexagonal" 3 B 1/4 3/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 26/31 U to remain onto Dale 4 A 1/4 2/5 2/3 3/8 4/4 7/7 18/31 sign was on right AS YOU PASSED IT 5 C 1/4 1/5 2/3 8/8 2/4 6/7 19/31 Deliver Dolly @ Susan 6 B 1/4 3/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 26/31 turn on Grape (Water Pistol) 7 B 1/4 2/5 2/3 3/8 1/4 4/7 13/31 "HUMP" sign wasn't a landmark 8 A 4/4 3/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 29/31 Dona is not Donna 9 A 3/4 5/5 3/3 7/8 4/4 7/7 29/31 no sign saying "a good little girl" 10 B 3/4 2/5 3/3 8/8 3/4 7/7 26/31 Deliver Dolly @ Susan again CP 3 1/4 5/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 28/31 remember CP saying CP 4 1/4 4/5 2/3 8/8 3/4 5/7 23/31 CP saying comes out as "toot toot" CP 5 0/4 1/5 1/3 3/8 2/4 3/7 10/31 communicate "RI 11" without speech CP 6 2/4 4/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 28/31 cross out answers on score sheet CP 7 0/4 3/5 1/3 5/8 3/4 4/7 16/31 date is Christmas eve CP 8 0/4 3/5 2/3 8/8 4/4 6/7 23/31 vehicle is a sleigh 11 A 4/4 5/5 2/3 7/8 4/4 7/7 29/31 Jamestown isn't a good little boy 12 C 3/4 1/5 1/3 6/8 1/4 5/7 17/31 word order doesn't matter 13 C 3/4 4/5 3/3 7/8 3/4 7/7 27/31 R for both parts at same point 14 B 3/4 2/5 3/3 8/8 3/4 7/7 26/31 cannot execute R at forced turn 15 A 3/4 3/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 28/31 turn on Grape again (Water Pistol) 17 A 1/4 0/5 0/3 1/8 1/4 4/7 7/31 early "Remington" sign 18 B 1/4 0/5 0/3 4/8 1/4 4/7 10/31 3 street names, so not intersection 19 B 3/4 4/5 3/3 8/8 3/4 7/7 28/31 B came before A on RI page 20 B 4/4 2/5 1/3 5/8 3/4 7/7 22/31 "15 MPH" coursemarker doesn't exist 21 B 2/4 4/5 3/3 7/8 4/4 7/7 27/31 Deliver Swimming Bird @ Kelsey 22 A 2/4 3/5 1/3 4/8 4/4 5/7 19/31 cannot drive on "Ticonderoga" sign 23 A 3/4 3/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 28/31 "Eh, what's OPP, Doc?" 24 A 2/4 4/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 28/31 "SOL" did not appear on a sign 25 A 1/4 4/5 3/3 7/8 4/4 7/7 26/31 Deliver Spotted Elephant @ Kelsey 26/27 1/4 5/5 3/3 8/8 3/4 7/7 27/31 26 & 27 reversed on score sheet 28 B 1/4 1/5 2/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 23/31 Deliver Spotted Elephant @ Anna 29 C 1/4 0/5 0/3 6/8 3/4 6/7 16/31 CS for both parts at same point 30 B 3/4 5/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 30/31 Deliver Dolly @ Susan yet again 31 C 3/4 2/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 7/7 27/31 extra words do not invalidate sign 31 ? 2/4 4/5 3/3 8/8 4/4 6/7 27/31 record answer in both RI 31 spaces 32 A 1/4 1/5 0/3 1/8 2/4 3/7 8/31 "Way" does not exist on signs 33 B 1/4 3/5 2/3 3/8 1/4 5/7 15/31 Deliver CITB @ "Steve Carli Park" 34 - 1/4 2/5 3/3 6/8 3/4 7/7 22/31 3-part RI is invalid, so skip it 35 A 1/4 0/5 0/3 1/8 1/4 5/7 8/31 "15" is not a word 36 C 2/4 3/5 2/3 7/8 2/4 7/7 23/31 Deliver Bear @ Patricia 37 B 3/4 4/5 3/3 5/8 2/4 4/7 21/31 Deliver Bear no longer in effect 38 C 2/4 0/5 1/3 7/8 2/4 7/7 19/31 2nd action bad, but 1st still good 39 A 1/4 2/5 3/3 7/8 2/4 7/7 22/31 count PLs in both directions CP 10 1/4 0/5 2/3 6/8 3/4 7/7 19/31 both parts of RI 40 are bad 41 C 0/4 0/5 2/3 7/8 3/4 7/7 19/31 R for both parts at same point 42 B 2/4 2/5 3/3 7/8 4/4 7/7 25/31 Deliver Choo Choo @ Gilbert 43 B 1/4 3/5 3/3 6/8 4/4 6/7 23/31 Arcadia was after "Arcadia" sign 44 B 3/4 4/5 3/3 8/8 3/4 7/7 28/31 don't Deliver Airplane @ Michael 45 C 3/4 1/5 1/3 1/8 2/4 1/7 8/31 R.
