This rallye was a bit unusual in that regard, in that effectively four people were rallyemasters: The original author, Alan Smithee; and then Bill Jonesi, who took ownership and made some substantial changes and improvements; Steve Watt, who handled most of the logistics, and chaired the rallye; and Darin McGrew, who made some more improvements and suggestions. Thanks to Bill and the original author for their shoulders to stand on. Thanks to: Alan Smithee: Original authorship Bill Jonesi: Updates, non-GI prechecking Steve Watt: Chairman, non-GI prechecking, putting up CMs, registration, printing, chief cook, finish scoring, CM removal Nancy Hanna: Putting up CMs, printing, registration, assistant cook, CM removal Darin McGrew: Prechecking (with and without GIs), presenting the school, working the CP Michelle McGrew: Prechecking (with and without GIs), registration, working the CP, protest committee John Mirassou: Putting up CMs, working the CP, scoring at the CP Sandra Powers: Putting up CMs, working the CP Abby Grossman: Prechecking, working the CP, protest committee Glen Dayton: Prechecking, working the CP Wayne Stilwell: protest committee Protests: Several people noted that the SI in the middle of the Fall Term does not say when it comes into effect. They assumed (correctly, really) that it comes into effect immediately upon completion of the preceding RI, and drove past Maplewood because they were on an SI. Both CMs AY and AX were granted to the three cars that had recorded neither AY nor AX.
