Dear Number 6,                                                         Revised May 16, 2005

I hope you enjoyed your stay in the Village.  We had a fun time having you.  Rover never has enough people to play with.

Sincerely,

The New Number 2

t = winning tiebreaker with trivia quiz

p = was granted a protest

Prisoner was my first rallye and I hope you had fun running it.  I tried several new things in this rallye and had a few problems with them.

I would like to thank Robert Schott, Steve Beuerman, and Larry Friedrich for mentoring, pre-checking, and working the rallye.  Thank you to Steve Watt and Nancy Hanna for taking care of printing the main rallye packet and running registration.  A special thank you for my new checkpoint workers Emile Mestressat and Jamie Rogers.

I look forward to seeing you out in a car rallye in the future and just maybe you will consider writing one of your own.

Be Seeing You,

Ken Schott

Prisoner 2005 Rallyemaster

***Special Notice***

A protest from Prisoner was brought up for an appeal to the TRC board.  The results of appeal are as follows:

Protest Appeal Report

Ruling of Appeal Board

Pete Soper, Abby Grossman, Teresa Stefanisko

April 20, 2005

After considering written arguments from the protesting team, a representative from the protest committee and the Rallyemaster; for missing the initial course marker on the "escape"

1-Grant 10 points to all cars that missed this CM.

2-Rallyemaster to re-issue the results with this adjustment

3-the championship standings will be changed to reflect this as well.

We came to agreement based on the Rallyemaster admitting that there was a gimmick on an SI and this is an operating procedure violation. However, the protest was written lacking sufficient information for the protest committee to understand the nature of the points requested. So the protest committee missed the gimmick as to how they were on an SI.

Motion made to make this official and final. Seconded and approved 5-0-2
