Protest Summary:

* For RI 15, either A or C was accepted for full credit; it was not
  clear that you completed both parts at the same point.

* CP 10 was thrown out, reducing the maximum possible score to 990.
  (Car 19 got it, but several cars protested that they were asked the
  question in a way that allowed only the red 5 on the wooden block.)


Rallyemaster's Comments:

* Thank you for helping us collect 30 toys, which have been donated to
  EHC LifeBuilders. (Some cars donated multiple toys, and some rallye
  personnel donated toys.) See www.homelessness.org for more information
  about EHC LifeBuilders (formerly Emergency Housing Consortium). Anyone
  who needs a receipt for their toy donation should contact me before the
  end of the month.

* I did not intend for Starboard to be a Bonus street name, but several
  cars recorded it. Good catch! (The starboard side of the Yorktown
  Clipper was shown in the picture.) Other rallyists recorded Landing,
  Northport, Seabridge, and Spinnaker, but these were less convincing.
