The protests:
 * Cars 26, 9, 29 & 15 got 10 points for catching that I never said you couldn't 
   split words and that everything following AT must be on the sign therefore
   making RI 18 valid and not getting CM XX.

 * All cars having CM T got 10 points because the protest committee felt there was
   some ambiguity in the 8/9 swap rules.

 * There was no penalty given for writing the wrong number for CM S
