Protest summary:
  CM YY was not scored as -5, since RI 25 was unintentionally flawed.
  CM WW was given to everyone, as the bonus contained no instruction
    to turn.
  The various protests on misreading CMs were granted to those
    individual cars.  The numbering was checked to make sure that
    it was a true misread.
  Protests were granted for seeing the "Bump" sign and turning before
    it.
