OFFICERS' REPORTS * President: - No report. * Vice President: - No report given. * Secretary: - Sent reminders to Nick, Cris, and Dave G. * Treasurer: - Emailed draft: - 7 paid cars, 1 non-car membership renewal, and 3 coupons. - I have deposited $231, but can't explain why we have so much. I expect to have a treasurer report for next month. If I cannot eventually explain it, I'll call it "miscellaneous" income. - Lost over $100 on April's rallye. - Sold a gimmick rallye guide and 3 double clipboards at the April Fools Rallye. - We will probably want to buy more double clipboards, but we eventually sell them at a profit. Otherwise, we will need to migrate everything manually. - AI: Someone to migrate wiki to new site - AI: After migration, Darin to make wiki read-only * Definition of "life-time membership" - AI: Darin to propose updated language based on what's on the Wiki. * Club Computers - Done: Dean to consult with Nick about upgrading to Windows 10. Need to be sure upgrading the computers will not break anything in the programs we're running. - Nick recommends we not upgrade. * Don't Drive Distracted - AI: Darin to pick an icon and a link target such as distraction.gov and will CC TRC's business mailing list. * Corvette Club Co-sponsorship - Done: Darin to talk with them about possibly running some of our rallyes around September and October, perhaps earlier but need prior notice so we can prepare. - Discussion with visitors: - How do our rallyes work - What's involved in putting on a rallye - Invitation to TRC members to try some of their activities - Conclusions: - They may send some participants to try out the June rallye. - Also referred them to our website to read through a sample rallye and some of the other information. - Will continue to work with them further. * Meeting Location: - Several of us liked Oregano's better, but we'll try meeting at The Pasta Market again next month before making a long-term decision.
