OFFICERS' REPORTS

- AI: Darin to document the need to fill state/federal forms on the wiki
- AI: Ping Ric to post results from Mel's rallye and for Toy Rallye

* Treasurer
- June had only 18 cars, but limited coupons and expenses yielded almost $60
  net proceeds.
- Monthly net is slightly positive (even paying for both June and July awards
  in the same month), nearly $160 better than the budgeted loss of $120.
- YTD net loss is $112; that's $90 closer to the budget than last month, mostly
  because budgeted Par Plaque supplies haven't been bought yet.
- Michelle is still looking for accessible software; does not look promising


COMMITTEE REPORTS

* Insurance
- July insurance has been paid
- Annual renewal is coming; membership is down

* Publicity
- AI: Darin to document process for TRC Facebook events
- Fabagoo listed us (unsolicited?)
- Dean listed 2 rallyes on Zevents.com
- Are any of these yielding results?

* TSD Update
- Stu has an event in August
- Porsche club will have one in September
- Hope to expand series for 2013
- An old RM is talking to Stu about his old Monte Carlo rallyes.

- Results pending; Darin will try to get them out this week
- The favorite gimmick was clearly the neuralizer bringing RIs back into effect
  at "Dee" and "Kay" signs.

- Dean sent email re: BofA's new charges for checking account
- We need a tax ID to get a checking account

- Bill cleaned up TRC's camera and checked it out
- It's only 1.3MP
- Agreed: give club camera to Bill
- Bill will try to take pictures of winners when he isn't the CD

- Dean reported problem with DB; Nick to investigate

* Eval Cards
- AI: Darin to put questions on wiki and solicit feedback

* Promotion Policy
- Consider revising promotion policy to clarify or make more consistent
- Dean to solicit face-to-face feedback from Seniors+ at finish in July
