OFFICERS' REPORTS

- filed TRC's Statement of Information (Form SI-100) with California Secretary
  of State
- filed TRC's Annual Electronic Filing Requirement for Small Tax-Exempt
  Organizations (California e-Postcard) for 2010 (Form FTB 199N) with
  California Franchise Tax Board
- AI: Darin to document the need to fill these forms on the wiki

* Treasurer
- income for October ahead of budget (19-car turnout, plus Bill's membership)
- September mailing wasn't until October; YTD mailing and postage are fine.
- poor turnout (17 cars) for November rallye, perhaps do to the rainy weather,
  but small net proceeds (no reimbursement requested by RM)
- monthly net and YTD net are positive (better than budgeted).
- TRC's flier rack and unclaimed awards are missing; Ed may have it.
- an estimate of the 2011 report was prepared, using data from December 2010
  (Toy Rallye nets essentially no income).


COMMITTEE REPORTS

* Insurance
- SCCA has not responded re: December's insurance
- TRC has paid for December's insurance; GGLC to reimburse

* Publicity
- Done: Dean investigated online event calendars; updated wiki
- Teresa found the event calenders she knew of to be gone
- another option is Yelp events (Mel to investigate)

* TSD Update
- Clocks are on hold, pending a re-design
- Bill estimates that we'll need a couple clocks at about $200 each
- A second-choice clock costs $150, but reliability is an issue
- 5 volunteers for RMs
- Porche Club of America (PCA) will cover insurance, reducing the number of
  cars we need to break even
- Dean will include $500 in 2012 budget for TSD equipmemnt

* How to be a Rallyemaster
- Teresa and Abby teaching up to 6 new teams, 4-6 hours
