OFFICERS' REPORTS

* President

* Treasurer
- No TRC rallye in August.
- Insurance rates (both annual per-member fee and per-event fee) have been
  reduced:
  - per-member fee: reduced from $9.47/member to $4.40/member.
  - per-event fee:  reduced from $167/event to $154/event.
- Our 2011 budget was therefore pessimistic, and our comparison to budget has
  improved.
- September's award pins were less expensive than usual, also.
  (Nick does not know whether this was a one-time sale or a new lower price.)
- We are nearly $200 in the black; budget predicted almost $300 loss.


COMMITTEE REPORTS

* Insurance
- Insurance rates (both annual per-member fee and per-event fee) have been
  reduced:
  - annual per-member fee: reduced from $9.47/member to $4.40/member.
  - per-event fee:  reduced from $167/event to $154/event.
- So far, I haven't received a rationale for this (e.g. new carrier that K&K is
  using?)
- Our annual insurance was renewed at $220, and this was sent to ESCA who
  already paid K&K Insurance.
- The September rallye (Pokemon) insurance of $154 has been paid to K&K.

- AI: Nick to investigate getting on Eye on the Bay (ch 5 community events)
