- June's rallye continued our trend of moderate turnout, but low expenses (no
  coupons, little reimbursement) yielded good need proceeds.
- Monthly net is $91.65 behind budget, but $64.50 of that is July expenses
  incurred earlier than budgeted. Otherwise, monthly net is only $27.50 behind.
- Postage expense for May's mailing matches the stamps Dean gave to Teresa,
  which is roughly what the mailing consumed.

- Approved: Free rallye certificate is valid only after results are emailed,
  CMs are down (if applicable), report given to board (email is fine), and
  score sheets delivered to treasurer. Only then will it be signed.
