OFFICERS' REPORTS

- February turnout moderate, but proceeds good: many memberships, no coupons
- Removed $100 from promotion budget (giveaways that we didn't give)
- Planned annual loss is now $563.
- Cash box appears to be about $25 short; Dean still investigating.
- Account balance off by $0.01; Dean still investigating.

- March insurance has been paid

* Publicity
- Darin to put "What's a Rallye?" fliers in finish box.

- 29 cars, 1 granted protest, 1 perfect score, good distribution of scores
- CPs down, results emailed
- hardest gimmick: CP 4 (communicating last RI non-verbally)

- Teresa hasn't heard from Ozan
- Bill has prechecked; it's at about 90%
- More prechecks needed and scheduled

- Gave February's 1st place senior team the "prize" of writing a leg

- Teresa to contact those who offered to be RMs on membership forms

* Liability & Risk Management
- Discussion: We need to be careful not to host non-TRC material, so non-TRC
  rallyes don't get attributed to us.
- Teresa to expain policy to Ric.

* Confirm board members are receiving trc-board@ and trc-business@ email
- Darin to contact Steve and board members

* We are still missing results from:
- The A-B Team (June)
- Going Postal (October)
- Toy Rallye 2010 (December)

* Game Control Summit
- Bill gave presentation about gimmick rallyes to puzzle hunt group
- There are a lot of puzzle hunt folks looking for more events
- We may get CP workers in exchange for providing puzzle hunt workers
