OFFICERS' REPORTS

* President
- Survived 5 days in Philadelphia.

* Vice President
- No report.

* Secretary
- No report.

* Treasurer
- Moderate turnout (25 cars) for November's rallye.
- Dean is addressing discrepancy in EDTC's accounting for a TRC coupon.
- We basically broke even on the rallye, but came out ahead for the month
  because we didn't spend the $80 promotion planned for this month.
- $500 from Ford helped the YTD income and net significantly.
- This month's report includes postage, as well as cash.

- December is paid.

- Discussed "Rallye Survival Pack" (clipboard, pens, pencils, highlighters).

- Hoping for one CP crew (8-10 people) for August 6, 2011 (all day)
- Staying in a motel Friday and Saturday night is recommended

* 2011 Budget
- No major budget differences anticipated
- Dave to price rallye survival kit components

* December Meeting
- December meeting is cancelled.
- Dean will present the draft budget via email
- Darin to email Ric to update calendar.
